About the Coaching

Coaching is a critical element of the Real Sales Manager Programme, as this is how we take high quality training, but generic to complex B2B, and make it relevant and effective in the participants environment.

Coaches can either be in-house senior leaders, independent executive coaches who have a strong existing affinity with the individual or the organisation, or we normally recommend either Steve Hoyle or one of our Accredited Real Sales Manager Coaches, who not only have the required skills and knowledge, but also familiarity with the concepts, independence and are free of any preconceptions and politics which occur in even the best of organisations.

In-house Coaches

We provide guidance on suitability for being an in-house coach and the commitments that you will have to make. We provide support for you to use your existing coaching skills with Real Sales Manager programme, and as you work with individuals we provide guidance through Coaching Cue Cards showing how to coach specific modules.
