Coaching
Training, whether in a classroom, online live, or on-demand, can introduce new ideas, give insights and tools - but it cannot change behaviour and habits. It will always be generic, yet every sales manager role is individual with it's own unique context and challenges. That is why coaching is central to the Real Sales Manager Programme as it allows for:
- development specific to the context and situation of the role
